Yet another costume I wore at Star Wars Celebration III. This is Bail Organa's aide, Sheltay Retrac, from ep III.

I love it! You don't see too many people dressed up as Bail's Aid.

I love when people do not very well-known costumes!

I've always thought Sheltay's outfit was just beautiful, and you did a great job on it!

Ah, neato! I wish Texas had cool places like that...actually, we have very futuristic looking places in Houston...I just don't have the balls to masquerade in public! :D

It's one of my favorites too! The photos were taken at a park in downtown Denver.

Taking advantage of the recent warm weather I see. ;) Too bad we're buried in snow now...

Actually I took these during the summer. I'm just now uploading them. LOL One good thing about all the snow; I have time to do things on the computer again! How much snow did you get? We have around 30".

At my apartment 10 blocks from the capitol, I peaked at just over 2 feet (I had measured at 2 feet, then it kept snowing), but at the house (near DU campus) there was depth to the point that the dog could walk around and completely disappear. Kodi's a big dang dog too.

Would a beginner be able to do this? what sort of patterns do you use?

The dress part was easy; I just used a simple princess line dress pattern. The cape was what was hard. I drafted it my self, but it took quite a few attemps to get it to look right.

Um..I'm not sure; it was on the bargain rack. It's really strechy with raised bumps on it.
